Application Form
The paper application form, for applicants who would rather not apply online. Complete it and return it to the admissions office with your supporting documents.

No PDF files have been uploaded to the website yet. Every document on this page is marked “not yet uploaded”, and where the information already exists elsewhere on the site the card links there instead, so nobody reaches a dead end.
To publish a document: upload the PDF through Media → Add New in the WordPress dashboard, then edit this page in Elementor, change that document’s pill from “Not yet uploaded” to “Available”, and point its button at the uploaded file.
Two documents on this page have no fallback link because the information is not published anywhere on the site yet: the Academic Calendar and the Student Handbook. Those cards will stay empty until the office supplies them.
Keep file names plain and dated — for example mtc-fee-schedule-2027.pdf — so that a visitor can tell which version they have downloaded.
