Three new trades open at MTC
Melanesian Training College is adding Carpentry & Joinery, Auto Electrical and Plumbing to its trade offering, each available at National Certificate Level 1 and Level 2.
That takes MTC to six trades in total, alongside the established Electrical Fitting, Light Motor Vehicle Mechanic and Diesel Heavy Equipment Fitting programs. All three new trades are priced the same as the existing ones — K3,000 day, K4,000 boarding, six months per level.
Applications are made online
All applications to Melanesian Training College are lodged through the online admissions system. Select your course and study mode, enter your personal and educational details, upload your supporting documents and submit.

2027 intake dates — to be announced
Application opening dates, closing dates and course commencement dates for the 2027 intake will be published here and on the admissions page once they are officially confirmed by the college.
